Pathetic and poor service delivery

The worst service from a courier company. Firstly, I had to hold on the line for over an hour for someone to answer. Eventually I disconnected. The second time I phoned- they transferred me from one department to the next where I waited for about 40 minutes and dropped the line. I contacted them on their online bot platform- no assistance there. My parcel shows it was delivered and I signed, but I was not at my house at the time they specified and no one is answering for me to get the waybill proof of who signed. It was most definitely not delivered because no one was home on the day they claimed the parcel was delivered. And to top it all off, i have been waiting for this parcel for a month after it was meant to be delivered within 3 days. Absolutely pathetic service.
