PATHETIC AND POOR SERVICE AND I DO NOT CARE ATTITUDE BY ARAMEX

My parcel was courier from Cape Town Lakeside Postnet on the 06/06/ 2020 but has not reached to date. According to the tracking information it arrived at Durban North depot on 14/06/2020. No one is telling me as what is happening to it. Where is my parcel?
