Pathetic and Overpriced service

Absolutely disgusting service. My parcel has taken over 2 weeks to arrive and still cannot get a proper update regarding delivery as they have handed it to a third party to deliver to the area. Would definitely never recommend them as couriers. Highly overpriced and absolutely pathetic regarding communication.
