Pathetic

These people have been so useless! I’ve been waiting for my items since March!! Every single day I get an email saying my items are on the way. 5pm I get an email that they missed me! I’m home all day, I’ve sent emails, gave them alternative contact but NOTHING! NOTHING!! This is really not on. Y’all are out! We paying for these services and what do we get ****!!! I hope this will be sorted asap. @zara y’all better follow up with aramax!
