PATHETIC

<p>Can any one help me? this is ridiculous i have been waiting for this parcel for over a month now every person i speak to tells me a different story and nobody takes any responsibility they all promise to call back with information or email but never happens my parcel was cleared over a week ago i had to phone for three days to get the invoice sent to me i made payment immediately on the 8th of September and was assured my parcel would reach me the next day its been a week now and nothing received and no contact from any one at aramex i have to make a hundred phone calls only to be told that my parcel is still not cleared by customs How was my customs charges worked out if it still has not been cleared? are you guys going to compensate me for the loss of income? it is only because of the negligence and incompetence of your staff that i find myself in this position and yet nobody at aramex seems bothered Absolutely pathetic service</p>
