Pathetic...

This company is sooo pathetic I have been waiting now 7 days for my parcel and it has still not arrived and when you call them first you wait to speak to somebody almost 20min and then when somebody finally answers they say they will check and call me back and they never call me I have bee ln calling them everyday with no luck. Don't ever use this company they are unprofessional and useless.
