Pathetic

Parcel was collected on the 9th and still not delivered almost 3 weeks later. Every time I call I am told by your staff that they are unable to get through to the 3rd part my parcel was handed to. If I had known it would like 3 weeks, as opposed to 3 days, I would have used a different courier company.
