Pathetic

I had a parcel couriered to me on Monday, 8th April 2019 from Pietermaritzburg, the delivery was meant to get to me over night, driver called me and I was not available, he called me from ********** 976, I cannot recall his name, I returned his call, he said he wanted directions to my address, I tried to give him directions, he said, he had already left and was in Kuyasa, I asked him to meet me at a police station in the area where he was, he said he would much rather meet at a garage in Mitchells Plain which is further from where he was, when I said I could'nt, he told me he would deliver when he could. I dropped the call, I waited on the 9th for my delivery or a call, I did not get any communication. on the 10th I got a call from a lady from the Montague Gardens office, (Waida or Wadia) she said she would deliver on Friday the 12, I told her I was expecting my delivery to have been delivered already, she said she would speak to her supervisor. I explained the lack of service I got from the delivery driver, she then called me again and said she had asked the driver to fetch my parcel and deliver on the same day. Parcel was still not delivered and I was leaving on the 12th. I got a call around 4pm from the same ********** 976 number, he said he came to deliver, I told him I had left Cape Town and I was not staying in Cape Town, their office must call me and make alternative arrangements, still nothing. I got a call from the same Waida, she said she would call me to arrange delivery, she called me on the 15th, I gave her an address, she said they would deliver. I am still waiting for my parcel, my delivery was meant to be delivered overnight, its been 7 days I still have not gotten my parcel,
