PATHETIC

Parcel been with them since 1/12/17. After 3 weeks and numerous phone calls/emails, I learned that value was miss declared. Since 22/12/17 I've been battling to get an official invoice/details regarding the above in order to be able to claim refund from supplier. Nothing. All I got was an email mentioning the miss declaration and that an amount of plus minus R3500 and possible R1000 is payable. Sorry, I cannot accept. I want an official document. Spoke to several people from CT to Joburg. Nothing. Something seriously is wrong. Where are my goods? ******? I have paid for a service. They are worse than the government! Excuses and lies!!!
