Pathetic

I dropped off my parcel on the 22 June 2020 in Randburg area, to be delivered in witbank till today the 14 of July almost half a months later my parcel hasn't been delivered. The status keeps on changing everyday with one status saying delivered. Calling the customers service it's just a waste of time and airtime. I've spoken to so many of their agents including(Arabile and Tasselina) with no straight answers as to what is happening to my parcel. I've been told on numerous occasions that somebody will call me but not a single person has bothered to call me. This is very pathetic and frustrating.
