Pathetic
Been waiting for a parcel to be delivered since last week Monday. When I phone to confirm after waiting more than a hour for costumer service they can not give me a delivery date or time. Absolute pathetic courier service.

22 Dec 2021, 15:38Phoned in again… after asking to speak to someone in charge, they put me through to customer service… after waiting a half an hour the lady could only apologise for their poor service…
If I can encourage anyone, stop using Aramex, because the poor service delivery is only going to continue.
