Pathethic service and feedback

Pathetic that is all i can say, I send a package to my daughter in Presida, Gauteng more that a week later it was still not delivered, after spending a whole morning trying to get them to answer a phone i was told the package was in Polokwane, and would be despatched to Gauteng, another 5 days later i was told the package is now in Durban, then the service advisor tried lying to me by saying that some of the Gauteng deliveries is handled by Polokwane, to which i asked her how that is possible Mpumulange is still between them and Polokwane is like 400km from Gauteng and how does it go from Polokwane via Durban to Gauteng, she slammed the phone down in my ear. absolutely the worst courier service i have ever used with useless consultant to assist people with, and no one who know how to answer or operate a telephone
