Patetic Service. SLOWER THAN A SNAIL.

They wrongfully delivered my parcel and then told me that they have picked it up again and will deliver it the next day. It takes longer for a parcel to be delivered once it hits South Africa than it does to get from America to South Africa. They are the slowest and most unhelpful courier company I have ever worked with. They don't get back to you, you have to phone the whole time to find your parcel. It's pathetic.
