PAST USELESS!!!

On 1 July 2020 I handed in a parcel at Meyerton PnP for delivery in Krugersdorp. Noticing it was after 15:00, I realised the parcel would not be delivered on Thursday, but when we inquired on Friday afternoon, we were told "there were too few drivers due to the stupid covid" junk which every tom, **** and harry believes to be true. NO NOTICES WERE AT THE HANDING IN STATION TO ALERT PEOPLE TO THIS TRICK AND DECEPTION. I therefore insist to get my money back immediately, failing which I will take the matter further.
