Passing the buck

Purchased a duvet cover on eBay over 2 weeks ago and was suppose to be delivered to me no later than 22/05/2019 still I'm waiting. I've giving all required documents they've asked for on email and still I'm waiting. Spoke with Suzette Jooste who doesn't seem to know what's kicking. Terrible service from this courier, rather find your selves another courier company. Just look at their reputation on the net it stinks. Waste of money and a waste of time.
