PARCELS NOT DELIVERED, IT'S BEEN A MONTH.

I have lost two parcels on Aramex this year, I've called countless times, sent emails, even tried them on Whatsapp with no luck. They keep saying they will deliver but it has been more than a month now, worse they don't even wanna give me an address to the warehouse so I can pick-it up myself. Please help, the parcels contain very important things.
