PARCELS HELD HOSTAGE,TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH STINKING ATTITUDE

I've been using Aramex for a few years now both globalshopper and their express service. I've been patient with their service since take over as teething problems was to be expected but instead of improving, service has been going from bad to worse.I've been waiting on a parcel sent via Aramex express on the 25.04.16 from the US which for some reason was delivered in the UAE on the 01.05.16 ( 6 days later) and then resent to JHB received on 02.05.16 at Aramex Operations.Being well aware that Aramex devoloped this awefull habit to not notify clients of anything needed to ensure release/delivery, I as always, took it upon myself to do the run around to try and minimize delays. With this parcel I submitted the invoice to Aramex customer service while it was still on route so all I had to do was follow up and confirm the duties&tax outstanding which I requested on the 2nd. I waited a few days until the 04.05.16 and tracking still indicating customs clearance in process I emailed their support regarding delay and was informed that they needed my ID number and I immediately sent my Importers Code instead. The following day,05.05.16 with still no change on tracking info I again contacted Support who promised to follow up and by the end of the day my parcel was released,duties/tax confirmed which I paid immediately. On the morning of 06.05.16 I received an email from Aramex informing me that my parcel was again placed on hold by customs for further inspection with no reason given for this actions. After numerous emails to a number of Aramex employees to find out what on earth is going on, I was asked to submit proof of payment and further documentation for reasons still unknown. After being assigned to a employee named Shoni, ive submitted all the documents requested and decided to ask for further assistance from Bianca and Hein Bruyns by forwarding the documents to them as well, which was on Monday 09.05.16 AND NOT ONE OF THEM COULD Care to respond. It's the 17th of May today,22 days since I've paid Aramex for express delivery and my parcel is still on hold with customs with no clear answer on proceeds and considering that I've already waited a week for delays at customs, paid the clearance fees and tax only to be placed on hold again. Then today all my Globalshopper parcels are all placed on hold as well stating that "invoice is required" which I've already uploaded onto their system when the parcels departed the US! As always, I contacted the Global Shopper Support Team to try and clear this out and emailed Vusi regarding the reason behind the hold of the parcel. The response I received from Vusi was anything but helpfull saying "your parcel is on hold with customs". Assuming that this might be a misunderstanding I resent the email saying I'm aware that it's on hold but can you confirm why,for what reason as your system indicates that you require an invoice and again, the same lack luster I'm a nuisance attitude " your parcel is on hold awaiting release from customs" This is now the type of *** one must deal with when we as paying customers must do their **** work and still get BS attitude like they doing us a **** favor!!!! I'm seriously gatvol of this ******* service!!!! My tracking info inserted below and Hein,im patiently waiting to hear what you have to say for yourself! *** and ***
