PARCELS ARE NOT SAFE WITH ARAMEX

Just send my parcel last week Friday, (26/01/2023). Their agent deliberately left without tearing off to give me my copy of the waybill. I cannot trace my parcel as I do not have a waybill. My parcel has not arrived till today. They cannot even use my info that i wrote on the waybill to trace it. Surely they should not register parcels with only the waybill on their system, but by the sender's and receiver's details, and contacts numbers and addresses. MY POINT IS YOUR PARCELS ARE NOT SAFE WITH #ARAMEX
