Parcel whereabouts unknown

I have been calling the company everyday and the whereabouts of the parcel are unknown. The wrong tracking number was attached to my parcel so therefore i can't even track it. They are not prioritizing on the search of this parcel. Frankly it seems like nobody cares. They promise to call back and never do. Been waiting since Beginning of December
