Parcel went missing, will never use them again.

These guys don't even deserve a 1 star, they lost my parcel. From my assumptions someone at the depo stole it when it reached durban. It's been 2-3 months now. They emailed me to ask me for proof of payment and the invoice sent to client. Unfortunately their service is so pathetic don't care about their customers. I sent them all the necessary documentation and than they disappear in thin air. No replies nothing. Never send a parcel with these ******. They not trustworthy. I've been dealing with Aramex and Postnet for the last 3 years and I have supported them a lot. I even have proof of all the waybills stored in a cabinet. Never again will I support them. I have switched to courier guy and I'm recieving world class service. Even after the parcel went missing I still used them. But never again.
