parcel was handed to a third party on Monday 19/08/2019, and to date the parcel was not delivered, and I am told that it is still sitting with the third party. I went on their Facebook page and on twitter, and the person JT responded to tell me that the parcel will be delivered today at 4pm. when i phoned the call centre to ask what the progress is, the lady informed me that there is no JT, and that the Facebook account and twitter account is probably **** .... imagine that. anyway, my parcel is missing without a trace. and i am so frustrated by the lies and the deceit and the fact that they have given the parcel to a third party without letting me know, and now i cannot even go on the social media accounts because according to the lady i am using the **** accounts. missing parcel ***
