Parcel waiting

I bought clothes from SHEIN, Aramex has since had our parcel from the 8th April, when you try to trace it, you are being sent from all sorts of direction. Can I just get my parcel delivered, not interested in their useless stories and incompetence. This company has the most horrible service.
