Parcel tracking: DBP***

On Friday the 24th of July we bought a PlayStation 4 from Cash crusaders in Bloemfontein. On the 29th of July the parcel was given over to Aramax for delivery to Excelsior. When trying to track the parcel, nr: DBP***, since the 29th of July it shows the same: "Shipment departed origin sorting facility - in transit to destination". We are 100 km from Bloemfontein. Does that driver drive forever? I send a Facebook message and still no reply. Could you please assist hello Peter.
