Parcel tracking a mission

Hi I ordered something from Cape Town last week and it was apparently handed over to Aramex on Thursday after 15h00 on the 20th of August. I was given the tracking number by the person on Friday Morning. I was told to start tracking after 6 the evening which I respected. It is now Monday the 24th and the system is still not giving me any information on my order. This is the first time I've had to deal with aramex and I must say I really hope it;s the last. Other tracking companies show details on their system nearly immediately after your parcel is shipped. To make the matter worse, Aramex makes it nearly impossible to get hold of them.
