Parcel that i ddnt receive

They have a bad service ever they don't pick up phones they don't deliver goods....Ive been waiting for my parcel that was shipped to them on the 29 of august and today the date is 17 os September still I haven't got my parcel instead im losing money through airtime because I've been calling them and the is no assistance
