Parcel takes 5 days to del8ver. No feedback at all!!!!

I deliver all my goods via aramex and I have sent one from polokwane to bronkhorstspruit. 5 days. No phone call no info on trackong app and call center wants me to listen to music for an hour on my airtime while they sort the **** show out for some other poor soul. Im furious!!!
