Parcel stuck at the airport

Unfortunately I didn't choose Aramex myself. SHEIN is using the worst courier. My customs were paid for on the 2nd of December. By Thursday I received an update confirming that my parcel was cleared and has left OR Tambo airport. On Friday I called the Aramex office and a lady told me my order has just arrived and should be delivered between the 9th and the 10th of December. I've now received updates telling me my order is still at the airport...! So upon enquiring with them again today on the progress of my delivery, they tell me my order is still at the airport and not at the Aramex office so they are unable to give me an update! How far is the airport from the Aramex office???!!!!! I've been waiting for my order for days and this lack of clarity on where my parcel is, is very unsettling!
