Parcel stuck at depot - ABSOLUTE SHOCKING SERVICE!

A Parcel was sent to me via Postnet who makes use of Aramex for their deliveries. It left Sandton on the 14th of December and arrived in Durban on the 16th. Since the 16th the status update says that it is under processing at the operations facility. It has not made it any further than that. This is supposed to be a Christmas present and it looks like it wont even be in time for next years Christmas. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!! I have already phoned 5 times since Monday the 21st and all I hear is that they are not sure why the parcel got stuck at the depot. Not sure how I am going to explain to my 3 year old that there is no Christmas present for her.
