Parcel stuck at Aramex facility Johannesburg.

I wrote and phoned several times to Aramex operating facility in vain where my parcel seemed received according to their tracking information.. what's happening with this private postage..it looks the same as SOE post office where our parcels vanish in a thin air like that.It is a pity this is an international parcel which received by Aramex in South Africa, if it wasn't by their choice I wouldn't use it at all.
