Parcel still not received

My package is sent 4 weeks ago with Aramex. The time of the delivery is must be 3-7 days. My package is still in Dubai. I have phone Aramex several times and all whey says that they wil se what is happening. I phone on Saturday and the lady said that my package is missing and they try to get it. This is very bad service from Aramex and this is the second time they dese point me.
