Parcel still not delivered after 21 days

My parcel was sent through from Durban on the 30th of Nov and I still have not received the parcel not the Sender. When I tracked the parcel on the 8th of Dec, 4 days after I received an SMS saying my parcel was on its way. I found out that the address on my parcel was said to be incorrect. I logged a call and corrected the address. On the 10th I got an email saying it will be delivered in the 14th, to this day the parcel has not been delivered nobody has said anything to me. It has not even been delivered to the sender. If the goods in that box get damaged who is liable to pay for the damage.
