PARCEL SEEMS TO BE UNTRACEABLE.

Their service is very poor, the do not deliver on time. I fear they may have lost my parcel. Been waiting for this parcel since yesterday. The other agent ss it'll come today, the other one says it ain't on the system. I'm mad.
