Parcel roaming around Aramex Pretoria

This Aramex fail to assist me with a parcel that's around their area... On the 14th December I dropped of my parcel at Pick n pay Newtown. Parcel was picked up same day to their sorting station. Parcel went out on delivery on the 15th December, the parcel had 2 contacts number of the receiver and my contacts number as a sender... I tracked the parcel on the 16th it said receiver can't be reached, but they never tried 2nd number n I was not aware of any issues... I contacted the receiver and she gave me another number and there's still the alternative contacts. I contacted Aramex and gave them the new contacts to update on their system on the 16 th... I emailed my complain too I'm tracking the parcel today on the 20th, still no delivery was made .

This is unacceptable because, my client bought derss to wear for a wedding on the 14 expected to wear it on the 18th and Aramex failed me My client today is requesting for a refund from me , Aramex is not putting efforts on this I want Aramex to return the parcel to me and refund my courier fee because the parcel is in Aramex Pretoria and They fail to deliver a package in Pretoria CBD...
