Parcel not received it's been 8 months now.

Hi,

I am so frustrated that I have not yet received my parcel since November 2020, we are already in July 2021. It's been 8 months now and I have had no feedback from Aremax regarding my parcel, not even once. I have spent alot of money on a parcel, that from the looks of things I would receive, without even know why and what the problem is. This service I must say is nothing I have received before. You call in and all they Tell you is that they will process it. Call in so many time I lost count, know one can help me. Don't know what more I can do.
