Parcel not received.

I bought a Laptop from HiFi. Aramex did not communicate via SMS that my order was on the way, and when they were outside, I never received a call when they were outside.

I then received an SMS stating that my parcel had been delivered. How was my laptop delivered when I did not sign for it? I escalated the issue, and the progress of my complaint is slow. The service is bad, and their drivers do not follow delivery processes. I would not recommend using Aramex.
