Parcel not on time!!

Monday was the first time that i am using Aramex, all of the people talked good things about them. But today i am not so happy with the service.... I have send my parcel on Monday, they are saying it is a overnight courier, the one lady told me she has send something to Kimberley and it takes 2 days, so i said ok that is fine 5 days is enough time for them to get my parcel to Koffiefontein. I have phoned them today and asked were my parcel is and how long it will take to get to Koffiefontein because tomorrow it is 5days, the lady told me it is in Kimberley and will take 2-3 days!! Why??? i have send a lot of Kitchen Tea stuff to a friend and they need it before Saturday... I told the lady that and she told me that i will pay alot more to get it delivered tomorrow and she will phone me back!! I am still waiting for the call............. and is stressed out because without my parcel half of the kitchen tea cant happen!!
