Parcel not delivered yet, being sent from pillar to post for no good reason.

Aramex Bloemfontein I'm really ****ed 😤 Right Now! My sender had one digit wrong in my contact number. Monday I called to correct the error and requested for delivery the next day, Tuesday I called to confirm only to find out that my parcel is just there lying around like it doesn't belong to anyone. I again requested for the delivery for the following day, called again Wednesday, Same bull**** AGAIN! Did I not AGAIN requested delivery for the Next day, that is TODAY(THURSDAY, 18 November 2021)! Didn't I just call AGAIN to hear the same Nonsense again! AGAIN, AGAIN People AGAIN! I JUST KEEP GETTING EMPTY PROMISES FROM THIS COMPANY. Everyday I have to call and my call be put on hold for over 10 minutes just to hear the same Nonsense. And the people on the other side of the have the audacity to argue with u when u tell them about their poor performance.
