Parcel not delivered to me

I got an SMS on the 01/10/2018 that my parcel is out on delivery and end of the day I still did not receive anything. On the 2nd after I complained received a call after 12 and they said they will sort and get my parcel to me as they delivered it elsewhere even though my delivery address is as clear as can be. They would have kept me updated but no such luck. We are now on the 03rd and still nothing and no feedback.

Pathetic Service, wont use them as a courier service.
