Parcel not delivered on time..

Bad service I have ever experience in my life.. My parcel left Cape Town on Tuesday and it was an overnight service, they didn't deliver, been calling them and promised to deliver on Thursday morning, they didn't deliver then they said they will deliver on Friday before 15:00 still nothing... I don't know how are we supposed to run a business with this Aramex courier...they don't care about their customers... I am not using Aramex again...
