Parcel not delivered & no feedback

On Monday 13th of December 2021 my parcel was sent through aramax and it was a overnight delivery, it was a very important parcel that had to be delivered before the 18th of December 2021. Till today 27th of December 2021 I have not received my parcel. I have not received any form of communication from aramax, tried calling and emailing no luck whatsoever. I still need my parcel.
