Parcel not delivered in 2 weeks now!!!!!!!!

I run a small business and thanks to Aramex for ****ing it. I am not the first people you are ****ing business for and you will continue ****ing small businesses of South Africa because you do not care about the economy of this country as long as you are the ones getting rich. How do you feel with so much bad reviews? Do you even care about the reputation of your stupid company?

On the 23rd pf Dec 2019, I dropped a parcel, which according to the system was only collected on the 27th...***??? 2 weeks later, it's a new year and still my customer has not received their parcel but your systems says parcel delivered. Delivered to who??? I have heard a lot of times people say that they were told that their parcels were lost. You are bunch of ******* that takes advantage of innocent people who trying to make a living. This company won't last forever, you have played way too many people now!!!!!!!
