PARCEL NOT DELIVERED AFTER 9 DAYS

I sent out 2 parcels on the 25th of July 1 to EC and one to KZN. The KZN parcel has not yet been delivered. The parcel DBP*** reached maritzburg on Wednesday 28 June but it hasnt been delivered. The lady told me the parcel was with the agent, called the agent on *** and they said Monday and today they saying its tomorrow. Like I AM TIRED. Can my parcel please be delivered? the lady at the Aramex office was very nonchalant about the situation., ARAMEX via Pick n Pay is supposed to be 24hrs service and here I am sitting a week and a half later parcel still not delivered.
