Parcel not delivered after 48 hours.

I have had a terrible experience with Aramex, i have a document to be delivered to one of the embassy urgently, but it's been over 48 hours that the document has not been delivered. The worse part is that, it's very difficult to get a hold of their call centre for some assistance. I spent more than 13 minutes waiting to have someone on the line. I spoke with a lady by the name of Nomvuyo; whom had no sens of customer service interaction in sympathize with customers; just to tell me to wait again for another 24hrs. This was the 1st and will be the last time to make use their service. I will never ever refer someone to this courier company.
