parcel not delivered

In fact a zero would suffice. I sent my package through Pick n Pay on the 24th December. There was no update whatsoever. I wait on Monday because I thought, they were in a back log due to holidays. Tuesday I see nothing still and on their website you cannot see any status update. Another annoying matter is that you can only whats app but cannot call I reach out via whats app, the people took hours to respond and they say they cant find the package yet, they actually have not opened a request for it to be delivered since the 24th and now its the 30th. I had to reach out to them and be on whats app for 4 hours. I check again on the website it says out for delivery- no driver called anyone. I reach out again today. The person I chat to is Ellen and she also takes long to respond. I ask her why did it say out for delivery yet no one has contacted us. She just replies after 2 hours with The driver is going to deluver today. I say but wait you didnt answer my question. How can I be sure it will be delivered because yesterday it said out gor delivery and today says out for delivery- how can I be sure it will arrive. She just ends the chat. Now I am in the queue again. This company does not know how to privide proper assistance. I am truly dispapointed that an important parcel has not arrived and it has been a week
