Parcel not delivered

Very bad service 😭😭😭😭😭💔 sent a parcel last week Monday from Pretoria to KZN to this day the parcel hasn't arrived, tried to call the call center was put on hold for 1 hour still no help, can someone please help me how to retrieve my parcel as now i had to refund my money client, I've lost R1700 because of them 😭😭😭💔
