Parcel not delivered!

It's been over 2 weeks and my parcel has not been picked up from the drop box. Called aramex countless times to have the matter resolved but they just keep me on hold for over 30mins. I need to get access to that drop box so that I can take my parcel and send it using another more efficient company!!!!
