PARCEL Not delivered

Aramex Global Shopper parcel Shipping Number ( ********** 706) was "Cleared from Customs" but delivery not done - on the 12 November 17 the status was (Held in Customs - Awaiting Customer Instructions). Then on the 17 November 2017 (Cleared from Customs). When I called the Call Centre I was informed that the parcel is stopped by the Customs agent which disagrees with the status.
