Parcel not collected

I have dropped my parcel on Sunday, 27th December 2020 at Checkers, Wilrogate. I'm so fed up because today it's Thursday, 31 December my parcel is still not picked up. I chatted with Portia yesterday and she promised to come back to me today. It's:18:18 and I'm still waiting for Portia's call. I'm so ****ed because I regret the decision of wanting to try aramex cause tomorrow I must drive to Klerksdorp whereas Aramex is quarantining my parcel without my consent.
