Parcel not collected and no feedback

Hi, I dropped of a parcel at Checkers Cradlestone mall on Friday before 12. But I still can’t track my parcel. Does that mean it hasn’t been collected then? I need to to be delivered early Monday at Barbeque Downs, close to mall of Africa. The person the parcel is going to in leaving the country to the UK, immigrating. So if the parcel does arrive before then they will not be able to receive it later. Am I come and collect my parcel and take it there myself? I have sent several mails and messages with no feedback, on Facebook too. Nobody has responded to my inquiry. My tracking number is DBP***
