Parcel Missing

One star is an overstatement. I would give a zero if I could. I have been waiting for my parcel since the 24th December 2021. Each time we call, it's a new excuse. Putrid service. Our waybill shows that our parcel was delivered to the wrong address and all Aramex can say is that it was either a duplicate waybill or our waybill got attached to another parcel. A COMPLETE BREACH OF THE POPI ACT. Pathetic. Our parcel is missing and Aramex is doing less than nothing to help us locate it. Thanks for nothing. Would never recommend your services.
